RMT union has announced industrial action short of a strike by its members at Go Cornwall, starting Friday October 2, over the company's refusal to recognise the union.
RMT members voted overwhelmingly for action to assert their right to trade union representation.
RMT general secretary Eddie Dempsey said that Go Cornwall should accept the result of the TUC Disputes Committee verdict back in January to recognise RMT.
“It is time Go Cornwall respected the democratic choice of the whole workforce by creating a united bargaining structure that genuinely protects every driver and depot worker,” he said.
The action includes not working overtime or rest day working, and members have been instructed to take their full meal breaks.
