Bus union RMT has won a ballot for strike action over trade union recognition at Go Cornwall.
RMT members voted for strike action and action short of as Go Cornwall continue to refuse to recognise their union.
RMT general secretary Eddie Dempsey said that Go Cornwall should now accept the result of the TUC Disputes Committee verdict back in January to recognise RMT.
“It is time Go Cornwall respected the democratic choice of the whole workforce by creating a united bargaining structure that genuinely protects every driver and depot worker.
“RMT has been organising transport workers in Cornwall for over one hundred years and this workforce deserves the right to representation,” he said.
