A 70-year-old man from Cornwall is dead after a single-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Queens County, P.E.I. RCMP say.
Police responded to the crash on Route 13 in the Kelly's Cross area at around 1 p.m., according to a news release.
The driver and only occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene after his vehicle left the road and came to a stop in a marsh.
Route 13 was closed for around two hours while emergency crews worked at the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
