A38 Crash Causes Rush Hour Delays in Devon

Drivers on the A38 in Devon are facing delays this morning after a crash. The road is partially blocked northbound at Dean Prior on Thursday, September 3.

Traffic monitor Inrix reports: "A38 Northbound partially blocked, queueing traffic due to accident from Rattery Turn Off (Harbourneford) to the A384 (Dartbridge Junction, Buckfast)."
