A woman suffered serious injuries after two Citroen cars crashed on the A30 in Devon.
Emergency services were called to the Underdown Moor area at Yarcombe on August 31 at around 1pm.
An Exeter woman in her 70s was taken to hospital by ambulance with serious injuries. Police said she is expected to make a full recovery.
The A30 was closed for a number of hours as an investigation was carried out.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash, or who has dashcam footage, to contact the force quoting the reference number 411 of 31/8/26.
Devon and Cornwall Police said: "We are appealing for witness and information following a serious road traffic collision that occurred on 31 August at around 1pm on the A30 near Yarcombe. Officers were called to near Underdown Moor following a report of a collision between two Citroen cars."
