Fire crews were called to a barn in Fowey on the evening of September 12. The service received the alert at around 5.39pm.
A spokesperson for Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said: “Two appliances from Fowey and St Austell initially responded to this incident, along with a wholetime officer. On arrival crews confirmed an agricultural building was well alight and made pumps three, water carriers one. Additional resources from Lostwithiel and Liskeard were mobilised alone with a second wholetime officer.”
A witness described the fire as "massive".
