Three teenage boys have been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in Liskeard.
Devon and Cornwall Police said officers were called to reports that a woman had been sexually assaulted in the Carlton Way area of the town at about 20:10 BST on Wednesday. Following extensive inquiries, three boys aged 15, 14 and 13 were taken into custody.
Police said residents would continue to see an increased presence in the area while inquiries were carried out and to "provide reassurance to the community". The victim is being supported by specially trained officers.
