A man has been seriously injured after being trapped between two vehicles at a Plymouth workplace.
Devon and Cornwall Police were called at around 10.10am on Monday, August 17 following a report of an incident at a manufacturing and engineering facility on Broadley Park Road.
The man was taken to Derriford Hospital with serious injuries after reportedly being trapped between a fork lift and a lorry.
Police said attending officers found no evidence of any criminal actions. The Health and Safety Executive was informed and attended the scene.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “We were called at around 10.10am on Monday 17 August following a report of an industrial incident at a manufacturing and engineering facility on Broadley Park Road, Plymouth.
“One man was taken to Derriford Hospital with serious injuries after reportedly being trapped between a fork lift and a lorry.
“Attending officers found no evidence of any criminal actions.
“The Health and Safety Executive was informed and attended the scene.”
A HSE Spokesperson said: "We are aware of the incident and are liaising with the Police."
