Love Is Blind UK favourites Jack and Faye have revealed their plans to start a family. The Cornwall chef and his Londoner bride updated fans of the Netflix hit about their current relationship status during tonight's (August 30) reunion episode, having tied the knot at the end of series three. They are still happily married, and they have now revealed their next steps.
He and Faye used the occasion to share a positive update, revealing that they have been travelling together since tying the knot and are now looking ahead to the next chapter, with plans to "hopefully move to London and eventually have kids."
Meanwhile Faye's mum was full of praise for the couple, describing them as "like two kids together." She joked: "I am now chief cook, I do all their laundry, it's like having kiddys back at school."
The one-off reunion special brought together the series three cast to analyse the show's events and provide viewers with an update on their relationships. Despite ultimately finding love with Faye, Jack's conduct during the pods stage came back to haunt him after the cast viewed the footage themselves, reports OK!.
Viewers will recall that he had developed connections with both Faye and Ciara, at one stage calling Ciara his number one. He also told the other men in the lounge that Ciara had named him as her top pick, a claim made right in front of Ajay, who was her other connection and eventual husband.
Facing that footage head on, Jack addressed the awkward chapter at the reunion. "I think it was a cross of wires," he said. He then went further, offering a direct apology to Ajay: "I wasn't aware that Ajay was so into it with Ciara. Looking back, it actually looks like a tough five minutes for Ajay so I'd like to take a minute to apologise for that."
The tension between Jack and Ciara had also spilled over during the Ibiza getaway, when Ciara learnt that Jack had told the other men she had described him as her top choice in the pods. The revelation left her furious, and a one-on-one conversation between the two failed to fully resolve matters. Jack had maintained that his feelings towards Ciara had already shifted following what he called a "boring" date.
Ajay was not prepared to let the matter rest entirely, raising the issue of the "choice words" Jack had used when discussing Ciara on the programme. "What was a hard watch for us is some of the choice words that were used when talking about Ciara after that," he said, adding: "I think that was just a bit too personal for us and it could have been handled in a nicer way."
