Tributes to ‘Incredible’ Mum, 25, Who Died from Peanut Allergy

A young mother described as "incredible" has died from anaphylactic shock at the age of 25 after a fatal peanut allergy. Liv Cash, who was engaged to be married, was raising her son Bobbie at their home in Tuckton, Dorset.

Liv died suddenly, and her community is now coming together to raise money and awareness of the dangers of anaphylaxis. Her fiancé Sam Waugh said Liv was "one of the kindest, funniest and most caring people you could ever meet". He described her as the most "incredible" mum who was always smiling and had "the most infectious laugh".

"Bobbie was her whole world, she loved him more than anything," he said. "She filled his days with adventures, taking him to sensory classes, the beach, the park and swimming, and she loved cooking homemade meals for him. She made him laugh every single day, and the bond they shared was something truly special."

Sam said his fiancée "loved the simple things in life – playing Uno, a glass of Whispering Angel, long dog walks, going out for food and drinks, and spending time with family and friends."

"She was happiest when she was surrounded by the people she loved, having a good time and making everyone else smile too," he added. "She was an amazing daughter. Family meant everything to her, and she made everyone feel loved. Whatever Liv set her mind to, she gave it everything. She was incredibly hard-working and seemed to excel in every job she had, quickly earning promotions and the respect of everyone she worked with.

"More than anything, Liv will be remembered for the love she gave so freely. She made people feel happier simply by being around her."

Family and friends are setting up a Bobbie Trust Fund to raise awareness of the dangers of anaphylaxis. A fundraising night is being held at the Smugglers Pub, in Christchurch, on September 19 featuring a karaoke band auction. Liv was a huge karaoke fan.
