Several properties across South East Cornwall are set to be auctioned later this month, including garages, land and homes with guide prices ranging from £40,000 to £195,000.
The lots are part of 228 properties being offered by Clive Emson Auctioneers in its September online auction, which ends on September 24.
In Saltash, a block of seven lock-up garages and their forecourt at 1-7 Warraton Green is being offered. Three of the garages are already let, and the site covers around 0.05 hectares (0.13 acres).
Auction appraiser James Lofthouse said lock-up garages "always prove popular at auction". He added that the Warraton Green site offered buyers an "immediate return on investment" as well as potential for improvement or alternative use, subject to planning consents.
A parcel of land next to Aucuba, Kelly Bray, near Callington, is also being auctioned with a freehold guide price of £50,000-plus. The 0.31-hectare (0.76-acre) site has outline planning permission for one ecological self-build home. The surrounding area is mostly residential, with countryside and open land nearby. KLP Kitchener Land and Planning is acting as joint agent.
In St Cleer, near Liskeard, four-bedroom Croftside has a freehold guide price of £195,000-plus. The property, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, has off-road parking, a garage and an enclosed rear garden.
A second property in the Liskeard area, Skylark at Killigorrick, St Keyne, has a guide price of £140,000-plus. The semi-detached cottage dates from the 17th century and has one bedroom, a rear patio garden and parking.
Meanwhile, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house at 43 Margaret Crescent, Bodmin, has a guide price of £40,000-plus. Mr Lofthouse said the property could be an "ideal investment opportunity" for buyers looking to start or expand a portfolio.
