A man has died after attending an event in Polzeath over the weekend.
Emergency services were called at around 3.50pm on Saturday, September 5, after reports of a man "becoming unwell". Despite CPR attempts by first responders, the man, who was in his 50s and from the Bodmin area, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have confirmed that his next of kin has been informed. The death is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "We were called at 3.50pm on Saturday 5 September following a report of a man becoming unwell while attending an event in Polzeath."
