WPP officially opened Devon's Point in East London on 23 September 2026. The flagship production facility spans 34,000 sq ft across a multi-floor industrial footprint and is the first of its kind launched by a marketing services company in the UK.
The studio brings together AI-powered virtual production, modular studio environments and post-production capabilities under one roof. That enables WPP's global clients to move from concept to finished content at the speed modern marketing demands.
WPP Production, the company's global production unit with nearly 10,000 craft experts, will operate the facility. It will also house members of HEX Studio, WPP's frontier creative technology studio, whose teams apply generative and agentic AI, immersive technology and robotics to live client challenges.
