A passion for seasonal produce and meticulous cooking has won Fern three AA Rosettes, cementing its place among Cornwall's finest restaurants.
Fern, set in the Cornish countryside near Bodmin, received the prestigious accolade in recognition of the quality, consistency and technical skill demonstrated by its kitchen and front-of-house teams.
The AA Rosette scheme recognises excellence in restaurants across the UK, with three Rosettes awarded to venues whose cooking stands out at a national level. Fern is now one of only six restaurants in Cornwall to hold the distinction.

The restaurant is led by chef Paul Welburn, with head chef Luke Wiseman overseeing the kitchen. Its menus are shaped by the seasons and the produce available from Cornwall and across the UK, evolving throughout the year to reflect the ingredients sourced by the team.
The award is seen as recognition not only of the food but also of the commitment and consistency shown across the entire restaurant operation.
