The stepdaughter of a man missing for over two years has confirmed that human remains found at a Devon property last month are believed to be his.
Richard Locker was reported missing in January 2024 after he was last seen on a street in Torquay. His stepdaughter, Nicola, confirmed in a social media post this evening (Tuesday, September 1) that "finally after all this time, we have found you". Nicola said they never "stopped looking for him" and that the last two years have been full of "wondering and pain of not knowing" whether he was safe.
