Falmouth RNLI crews dealt with five callouts over four days during the bank holiday weekend.
The first came shortly before 2.30pm on Friday, when the inshore lifeboat was paged to help extract two people cut off by the tide near Maenporth Beach.
The next day at 3.05pm, Falmouth Coastguard requested the crew attend the Helford River. Falmouth Coastguard Rescue Team, Porthoustock Coastguard Rescue Team and HM Coastguard helicopter R924 from Newquay Airport were also tasked to search for two people who had entered the water from their kayaks in poor weather.

The lifeboats launched at 3.55pm and arrived on scene within 15 minutes. One casualty had already been pulled from the water by a local ferry and was being handed over to the ambulance service for medical assistance. The second person remained missing.
Both lifeboats searched the river until coastguard teams confirmed the second casualty had been found safe and well ashore in Helford. The boats were released from service at 4pm, with the inshore lifeboat returning to station at 4.30pm.
With The Lizard lifeboat off service, Falmouth RNLI's all-weather Shannon-class lifeboat was re-tasked by HM Coastguard on its return to attend Kynance Cove, where three people had been cut off by the tide.
