The A380 near Exeter will be closed overnight for four nights in September for essential repair works. The closures run from Monday, September 14 to Thursday, September 17, each night from 8pm to 6am, with the road shut in both directions between Eagle Farm and Splatford Split.
Devon County Council said the work includes re-tensioning safety barriers, line marking, grass cutting, gully emptying and joint seal repairs. Diversion routes will be in place for both northbound and southbound traffic.
The northbound diversion is: A380 Eagle Farm via B3195 Exeter Road Kingsteignton, B3193 Strap Lane, B3193 Kingsteignton Road heading towards Chudleigh Knighton, B3344 Plymouth Road, A38 to Exeter.
The southbound diversion is: A38 Splatford Split interchange via A38 on-slip at Chudleigh Bridge, B3344 Plymouth Road, B3193 Kingsteignton Road, B3193 Strap Lane, B3195 Exeter Road, A380 Eagle Farm.
