Cornwall Air Ambulance was called out 214 times during July and August, according to newly released figures.
The charity reported another busy summer, with 108 trauma incidents and 52 medical emergencies recorded over the two-month period. Crews also responded to 43 cardiac arrests and carried out 11 inter-hospital transfers.
A spokesperson for Cornwall Air Ambulance said: "It is your phenomenal support that ensures we can continue to be there, each and every day of the year, for those who are critically ill or injured right across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly."
The charity continues to rely on public donations to keep its lifesaving service running. "Every single penny count, whether it’s a one-off donation or a regular monthly gift," the spokesperson added. "We couldn’t do it without you."
Cornwall Air Ambulance must raise more than £9 million this year and receives no government funding to support its work. "It’s only because of people like you that our vital service continues to operate."
