Camborne's sporting director has called on the whole of Cornwall to support the side as they prepare for their first ever season in the third tier of English rugby.
The west Cornwall club won the National Two West title in April, finishing 10 points clear of the chasing pack, just three years after winning promotion from the fourth tier.
On Saturday they open their National One campaign at Leeds Tykes, a trip of more than 380 miles (611km).
Sporting director Ricky Pellow said he could "feel the buzz" around everything the club was achieving, and that it was for "the whole of Cornwall".
"We've got a hell of a journey ahead of us, not just up to Leeds but for the whole season, and that's really exciting," Pellow said.
The 48-year-old joined the club on a part-time basis in January, months after leaving Exeter Chiefs, where he had been skills coach.
Pellow said he wanted to set out a united vision for the club, its town and the county.
"You have been able to feel and see that over the summer with how much is going on at the club," he added. "We've had a tournament, charity fundraisers and a friendly against the Cornish Pirates."
He said the club seemed to be growing "week to week" in every department, including the women's game and junior sides.
"It's not just about Camborne, it's about west Cornwall, it's about the whole of Cornwall," Pellow added. "Whenever we played Cornish Pirates it's a battle and we're tribal, but obviously when we're playing as a team from Cornwall we want the whole county to be behind us. You can feel the buzz around everything that we're doing, and Pirates are doing as well, and all local rugby."
