An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after his car collided with the back of a coach in Camborne.
Police were called to the crash in Commercial Street, Camborne, at around 9.15pm on Saturday, August 29.
The collision was reported as a car hitting the rear of a coach, and nobody on the coach was injured, according to a police spokesperson.
The driver, an 18-year-old local man, was arrested and taken to hospital for a check-up. He has since been released on bail while further enquiries are made.
Devon and Cornwall Police said: "We were called at around 9.15pm on Saturday 29 August following a report of a car colliding with the back of a coach in Commercial Street, Camborne.
"Nobody on the coach was injured.
"The driver – an 18-year-old local man – was arrested on suspicion of drink driving before being taken to hospital to be checked over.
"He has been bailed while enquiries continue."
