Abbfest, held in Devon, featured a range of cooking demonstrations and entertainment. Chefs Michael Caines and Nathan Outlaw were among those taking part, with compere Joe McNulty hosting the sessions. A cooking demonstration from Newton Abbot's Eastern Eye restaurant was shown on a high camera for the audience.
Fourteen-year-old Charlie Blunt assisted Michael Caines during his demonstration. Louisa Lulek of sponsors Darnells was also present, and a dish of scallops was auctioned off for £20. Ellie Parrott from Newton Abbot-based Beloved also appeared at the festival.
Other attractions included a roast hog carving and a display of hats by Briget Ward from Brixham-based Crochet Creations. In the dog show, Scampi and Poppy, three-year-old Chihuahuas, won second prize in the best pair category. Grimspound Border Morris performed on Sunday afternoon.
Outgoing festival director Roy Blunt was pictured with the Abbfest team and dogs. A selection of ales was available for tasting, with attendees taking a quick sip to ensure quality.
