Stanley Tucci, the actor and self-professed foodie, is known for his passion for Italian cooking. But he recently praised three spots in Cornwall for their "very, very good food".
The Devil Wears Prada star shared some of his favourite places to eat during a trip to Fowey.
In a video posted to Instagram, Stanley said: "I am in Fowey in Cornwall. Every time I come down here, I never want to leave. I have some restaurant recommendations that I'm going to post. There's some amazing food down here".
He also wrote on social media: "Fowey in Cornwall is a rather special place. I absolutely love spending time there, beautiful coastline, wonderful people and, most importantly, some very, very good food."
Stanley's top three locations in Fowey were shared alongside his post.
His praise for local businesses may be welcome news for tourism in Cornwall after a devastating hit to hospitality. CornwallLive reported that Visit Cornwall went into voluntary liquidation because of "insurmountable financial problems". In September 2026, a new independent tourism organisation announced it would replace Visit Cornwall, aiming to be industry-led and financially sustainable.
