A body has been found in the search for a missing teenager from Plymouth.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the body was found in an update today (Thursday, September 10).
Formal identification has not taken place, but the family of Mason Pinsent, who was 17, has been informed.
Police said their thoughts are with the family at this time.
The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "We are saddened to confirm that a body has been found in the search for a missing 17-year-old from Plymouth.
"While formal identification has yet to take place, the family of missing teenager Mason Pinsent has been informed.
"Our thoughts are with them at this incredibly difficult time.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for HM Coroner."
