A tiny village in Cornwall with "postcard-perfect scenery" has been named one of the most beautiful seaside spots in the UK.

Mousehole, just 2.5 miles south of Penzance on Mount's Bay, earned the title in a list of 17 must-visit coastal villages compiled by the Daily Express.

The publication wrote: "From charming fishing villages to colourful harbours, these 17 beautiful UK seaside gems are perfect for a coastal escape."

Mousehole is located within the Cornwall National Landscape (AONB), making it one of the prettiest in the area.
