Two men have been charged following an incident in a city centre.
Devon and Cornwall Police said officers were called to reports of a violent disturbance involving numerous people in Calenick Street, Truro, Cornwall, at 13:45 BST on Monday. A man was taken to hospital with injuries later described as non-life-threatening.
Sinjar Zurel, 27, and Seyin Zurel, 24, both from Malpas, Truro, have been charged with two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. Sinjar Zurel was also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possession of a knife blade or sharp pointed article in public, police said.
The men were in custody and due to appear before Truro Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, they added.
Police asked the public to remember that legal proceedings were active and that sharing videos online could risk "jeopardising an ongoing investigation".
They added that inquiries were ongoing.
