Knit and Natter raise money for ShelterBox
A COFFEE morning was staged at Marina Court last week which saw £60 raised for ShelterBox. As well as enjoying refreshments, people got the chance to learn more about the disaster relief charity thanks to a talk from Peter Keast at the premises on Mount Wise. The ‘Knit and Natter’ group, who meet at Marina Court every Wednesday, knit teddies for ShelterBox. They have knitted more than 50 teddy bears and had the chance to present them to the charity at the event.
