Local poet David Youlden has had three of his works selected for a book to be released next year.
Dean Strudwick is having his head shaved for Children in Need - please pop into the store to support him. The shave will take place on Saturday 11th at 11am.
The annual fireworks display held by the Mermaid Inn, in aid of local charities was a huge success.
Newquay Sports Centre held a fantastic fireworks display - attended by hundreds of people.

Mole Valley Farmers at St Columb Major is supporting the Addlington Fund which provides homes for farming families in need, by donating a stove.
